Dee's Hansel and Gretel



Here are my entries to this month's challenge. Frankly, I started off a lot more excited about them than I am now. (Call it a crisis of craft.) I had intended to post these with the text on the page, but that end up a huge mess. I'm sure you can imagine all of the blank spaces on the pages being filled with the text that starts: " It was mid-day when they spotted a beautiful snow-white bird..."

the toad-witch is awesome! i love how you placed the bird as a background piece, wonderful. the cupcake house is a real treat too, ha ha ha..soryy i crack myself up sometimes. :)

I agree, that toad-witch is the best! I like how you used animals rather than humans, and I love that cupcake house! This is a really unique take on an old story, and I think that kids would love it, and would really be able to relate to it. I like the bird background, but I would love to see the circle image a bit bigger. I think your perspective and layout within the circle is amazing, and I want a closer look! Great job!
