For as long as she can remember, family and friends have told Diandra she needed to be an artist. It wasn't until she went to college, graduated and "grown up" that she realized it as well. She is currently a member of the SCBWI, and hopes to someday count herself among the ranks of the published. Until then, she is busy with teaching, scribbling in notebooks and painting whatever inspires her most.
